NON-GMO SUMMIT 2024
DARWIN PROJECT REPRESENTED AT THE SECOND INTERNATIONAL NON-GMO SUMMIT (FRANKFURT, OCTOBER 7-8, 2024)
This year’s edition, titled “Navigating The Future of Non-GMO Production: Challenges, Regulatory Outlook, and Market Potential”, will be held to provide valuable information about what’s happening in the European and international non-GMO markets as well as the impact of New Genomic Techniques (NGTs) on it, including legal frameworks in the EU and other key countries.
The Summit will also provide a comprehensive insight into non-GMO production, from regulatory updates to market trends and consumer expectations.
DARWIN project will be part of the debate, represented by the project coordinator Odd-Gunnar Wikmark (NORCE Norwegian Research Centre) and the project partner Eric Gall (IFOAM Organics Europe).
Also, the Summit is hosted and coordinated, among others, by the DARWIN project partner Verband Lebensmittel ohne Gentechnik e.V. VLOG. Alexander Hissting, VLOG’s Managing Director, will deliver an Opening Speech to introduce the Summit.
